Groups of 20 or more are eligible for group discounts. In addition, from the 21st person onwards, you will receive one free ticket for every 20 people.

No. To qualify for the group discount, all tickets must be collected by a single person. It is not possible for individual group members to collect or pay for the tickets separately.

Requests for special journeys outside normal operating hours should ideally be made 4–5 weeks in advance so that they can be taken into account when drawing up the duty roster.

For large groups, we recommend booking in advance at local restaurants. 

In summer, the Annaalm is available right at the foot of the mountain, offering a stunning mountain panorama. For special trips where catering is required, please be sure to enquire at gastro@annabergerlifte.at to check whether the alpine hut can be opened. 

In winter, you can also choose between the Teichstüberl, located right next to car park P1, and the Jufa restaurant in the ski area.

Due to the size of the group, it is sometimes not possible to enter details into the system immediately. Our team will add these details during the flight. However, as we also need to record each guest’s weight and the number of the trolley, we require a consent form from adults as well.
Consent forms are not handed in at the ticket desk but only when the zipline equipment is issued.  

For children, the consent form must be signed by a parent or guardian.
