As a data subject, you object to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or as a data subject, you object to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2) of the GDPR.
Your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
The erasure of your personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Republic of Austria to which we, as the controller, are subject.

Right to restriction of processing
As a data subject affected by the processing of personal data, you have the right to request that we, as the data controller (following clear identification via a valid identity document), restrict the processing if one of the following conditions is met:
You, as the data subject, contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling us, as the data controller, to verify the accuracy of your personal data.
The processing is unlawful, and you, as the data subject, object to the erasure of your personal data and instead request the restriction of the use of your personal data.
We, as the controller, no longer require your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you, as the data subject, require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
You, as the data subject, have objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR, and it has not yet been determined whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
If any of the above reasons apply and you, as a data subject whose personal data is stored by Annaberger Liftbetriebs Ges.m.b.H., wish to request the restriction of the processing of this data, you may contact us at any time at office@annabergerlifte.at.

As a data subject, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you as the data subject have provided to us as the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from us, provided that the processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, and the processing is carried out by automated means, provided that the processing is not necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
Furthermore, as a data subject exercising your right to data portability pursuant to Article 20(1) of the GDPR, you have the right to have your personal data transmitted directly by us, as the controller, to another controller, provided this is technically feasible and does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
To exercise your right to data portability, you may contact us at any time at office@annabergerlifte.at.
Right to object
As a data subject, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR. You may contact us at any time at office@annabergerlifte.at.
Insofar as we process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, you, as a data subject, have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of such marketing.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the data processing is not lawful, we would first be pleased if you could contact us directly. Irrespective of this, as a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority as the supervisory authority. You can contact the Data Protection Authority at https://www.dsb.gv.at
Are you obliged to provide data?
Your personal data is required in order to carry out the request you have made (e.g. ordering vouchers, ordering information material) and to fulfil the resulting contract or pre-contractual measures. If you do not wish to provide us with this data, we will unfortunately be unable to carry out your request.
In any case, you are not obliged to give consent to the processing of data that is not relevant to the fulfilment of the contract (e.g. when taking part in a competition, you do not have to give consent to receive the newsletter (your consent is optional)).
For the purpose of providing optimal customer service and information, we store the areas of interest you have selected as rated interests, provided that you have specified or selected them. The disclosure of areas of interest is voluntary and can be changed or deleted by the newsletter recipient at any time and free of charge. We use the areas of interest you have disclosed to notify you automatically via a personalised newsletter.

To process voucher orders, our data processor ecoplus Alpin GmbH uses the system provided by INCERT eTourismus GmbH & Co KG (Leonfeldner Strasse 328, A-4040 Linz) as a sub-processor. This enables the automated sale of vouchers via ‘print@home’ as well as the individual personalisation of vouchers with barcodes.
The following details are required to process orders: title, first name and surname, address, email address and, in some cases, telephone number.
Processing is carried out for the purpose of providing contractual services or fulfilling pre-contractual obligations on the legal basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (ordering of vouchers) and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (statutory retention periods for accounting documents).
The use of the relevant software is based on our legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest lies in being able to provide you with vouchers quickly and from any location.
You are under no obligation to enter your personal data. Failure to do so will simply mean that your order for vouchers in the online shop cannot be processed.
Our data processor, ecoplus Alpin GmbH, has entered into a data processing agreement with INCERT in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, which ensures that your data is processed exclusively within the scope of our mandate.
Parking Management: GDPR Information
This notice describes how we, Annaberger Liftbetriebs-Gesellschaft m.b.H., Annarotte 126, 3222 Annaberg, process your personal data in connection with our car park management (in accordance with Article 13(1) of the GDPR)
1. Purposes of data processing
We will process your personal data for the following purposes: a) Car park management, including the automation and streamlining of the service for vehicles for which a parking ticket has been booked) c) Monitoring compliance with car park regulations (e.g. parking across two spaces) d) Monitoring the lawful use of the parking ticket (e.g. exceeding the permitted parking time) e) Protection of facilities (e.g. vandalism) f) documentation, investigation and prosecution (law enforcement) of the misuse of parking spaces (e.g. use of the car park without payment) g) Relocation of motor vehicles
We collect this data by means of:
the data you provide for the purpose of drawing up the contract (personalised day ticket in conjunction with the parking ticket)
the vehicle registration number you entered when purchasing the day ticket or provided at the ticket office
Analysis of registration number data
Please note that image recording and the collection of registration number data are carried out in accordance with legal requirements.
2. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for the billing of parking fees in connection with the parking ticket is the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
The legal basis for the collection of number plate data in connection with our car park management is the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which consists of achieving the purposes set out above under point 1 (a to g). You have the right to object to this data processing under Article 21(1) of the GDPR if you have grounds arising from your particular situation.
For the recognition of individual number plates to automate and speed up the service for vehicles on the whitelist, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which consists of implementing our parking management system efficiently.
3. Retention period
a) Customer data: We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the contract in order to achieve the purposes set out in point 1: • See Data Protection Shop b) Image processing (‘video surveillance’): Recorded data (vehicle registration numbers) will be deleted after 48 hours at the latest, unless it is required for specific reasons to fulfil the underlying purposes of protection or preservation of evidence.
As a general rule, we try to store as little data as possible. Normally, this is only for the time a number plate is present. I.e. entry recorded –> exit recorded -> after which the number plate is deleted. In the event of checks, this is buffered for 24 hours so that movements can also be traced. So -> entry recorded –> exit recorded + 24 hours -> after which the number plate is deleted. In the event that a licence plate does not exit, there is a definable maximum parking duration. Here, 48 hours are set. This means that a licence plate that has not exited by then, or where the exit may not have been detected, remains in the system for only 48 hours. The only exceptions are ‘registered’ number plates (long-term parkers, staff) and number plates with a valid ticket (see Data Protection Shop). Long-term parkers remain stored indefinitely until further notice; those with a ticket, of course, remain stored for as long as the ticket is valid, subject to the rules mentioned above.
Personal data, including vehicle registration numbers, which are collected and stored by the controller in connection with the user’s request to move their vehicle or to park without a parking ticket, will be deleted immediately once the purpose of the processing (the controller’s legitimate interest in documentation, investigation and law enforcement, such as civil claims in particular, as well as the defence against claims for damages) has been fulfilled and no statutory retention period precludes early deletion.

Google Analytics (with anonymisation function)
We have implemented IP address anonymisation for Google Analytics on this website. This feature was developed by Google to enable this website to comply with applicable data protection regulations and the recommendations of local data protection authorities where they prohibit the storage of full IP addresses. The anonymisation or masking of the IP address takes place as soon as the IP addresses enter the Google Analytics data collection network and before the data is stored or processed. You can find more information on IP anonymisation at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2763052?hl=de.
Google reCAPTCHA
To protect your orders via the online form, this website uses the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (‘Google’). The query serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or, abusively, through automated, machine-based processing. The query involves the transmission of the IP address and, where applicable, other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and processed there. By using reCAPTCHA, you agree that the recognition you provide will be used in the digitisation of old works. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google beforehand within Member States of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha is not merged with other Google data. The separate data protection provisions of Google apply to this data. Further information on Google’s privacy policy can be found at: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
Google Fonts
External fonts, Google Fonts, are used on this website. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). However, we have integrated the external fonts locally, i.e. on our web server. As a result, there is no connection to Google’s servers and therefore no data transfer to the USA.
GetSiteControl
We use the services of the provider GetSiteControl (GetWebCraft Limited, Klimentos 41-42, Klimentos Tower, Flat/Office 25, 1061, Nicosia, Cyprus). GetSiteControl is a programme that displays pop-ups and overlay windows on the website for informational purposes and to improve user guidance. The windows can be controlled according to specific rules (e.g. number of page visits). For this purpose, GetSiteControl sets cookies. You can find all information regarding data processing by GetWebCraft Limited in the current privacy policy: https://getsitecontrol.com/privacy
YouTube
Components from YouTube are integrated into this website. YouTube is an internet video portal that allows video publishers to upload video clips free of charge and enables other users to view, rate and comment on them, also free of charge. YouTube permits the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete films and television programmes, as well as music videos, trailers or user-generated videos, are available via the internet portal.
The operator of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Each time a user accesses one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the data controller and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the web browser on the data subject’s IT system is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to download a display of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. Further information on YouTube can be found at www.youtube.com/yt/about/de/abgerufen. As part of this technical process, YouTube and Google become aware of which specific subpage of our website is being visited by the data subject.
If the data subject is logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognises which specific subpage of our website the data subject is visiting when a subpage containing a YouTube video is accessed. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and associated with the data subject’s respective YouTube account.
YouTube and Google always receive information via the YouTube component that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is logged into YouTube at the same time as accessing our website; this occurs regardless of whether the data subject clicks on a YouTube video or not. If the data subject does not wish such information to be transmitted to YouTube and Google, they can prevent this by logging out of their YouTube account before visiting our website.
The privacy policy published by YouTube, which is available at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/, provides information on the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.
Use of social media networks
Annaberger Liftbetriebs-Ges.m.b.H. cooperates with a wide range of social media providers. As part of this cooperation, when you use the relevant service (this involves ‘embedded’ content such as videos from Vimeo or YouTube, or Instagram posts), your browser is automatically connected to the selected service provider. In doing so, your IP address, cookies and other information are transmitted to the respective service provider if you have previously visited their website. The individual social media channels in detail:
Use of Facebook plugins This website uses plugins from the social network facebook.com – operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). These can be identified by one of the Facebook logos (a white “f” on a blue tile or a “thumbs up” symbol) or marked with the addition “Facebook Social Plugin”.
When you visit pages on our website that contain such a plugin, a connection is established with the Facebook servers and the plugin is displayed on the website via a message sent to your browser. This transmits information to the Facebook server regarding which of our websites you have visited. If you are logged in to Facebook as a member at the time, Facebook associates this information with your personal Facebook user account. When using the plugin functions (e.g. by clicking the “Like” button or posting a comment), this information is also associated with your Facebook account. This can only be prevented by logging out before using the plugin.
Further information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy, can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy: www.facebook.com/policy.php.
It is also possible to block Facebook social plugins using add-ons for your browser.
Use of the “+1” button This website uses the “+1” button of the social network Google Plus, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). The button is recognisable by the “+1” symbol on a white or coloured background.
When you visit a page on our website that contains such a button, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google’s servers. The content of the “+1” button is transmitted directly from Google to your browser and integrated into the website by your browser. We therefore have no influence over the scope of the data that Google collects via the button, but assume that your IP address is recorded.
For the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Google, as well as your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Google’s privacy policy regarding the “+1” button: www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html
If you are a Google Plus member and do not want Google to collect data about you via our website and link it to your member data stored with Google, you must log out of Google Plus before visiting our website.
Twitter This website uses the buttons provided by the Twitter service. These buttons are provided by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. They are recognisable by terms such as “Twitter” or “Follow”, combined with a stylised blue bird. Using these buttons, it is possible to share a post or a page from this website on Twitter or to follow the provider on Twitter.
When you visit a webpage containing such a button, your browser establishes a direct connection with Twitter’s servers. The content of the Twitter buttons is transmitted directly from Twitter to your browser. We therefore have no influence over the scope of the data that Twitter collects using this plugin. To the best of our knowledge, only the user’s IP address is transmitted when the button is accessed, but it is not used for any purpose other than displaying the button.
Further information on this can be found in Twitter’s privacy policy at twitter.com/privacy.
