Benjamin Mathias Fluch, the new owner of Regionalküche, has gained international experience in the event industry as well as in the hotel and restaurant sector throughout his career as a chef and certified master chef. After extended stays abroad and many years working in Vorarlberg, he has now returned to his home region.
The Regionalküche is operated as a self-service restaurant. As an experienced event caterer, Benjamin will also host events at the Ötscher Basis year-round. Seminars, group outings, corporate events, and music events—to name just a few possibilities at the Regionalküche—are tailored individually to each customer’s needs.
