The quiet and sunny location of this certified vacation-on-farm guesthouse is an ideal tip for all those who want to feel at home and appreciate personal attention. Several rooms with a total of 25 beds and a rustically furnished vacation home for up to 9 people are available for overnight guests.

At the Kobichl baby and children's farm, guests of all ages can experience country life up close: feeding the animals, romping around the large playground or exploring the nature around the farm - there's something new to discover every day. We spoil you with home-made delicacies and some of our own farm produce. School classes are also very welcome - with "school on the farm" and forest education, learning becomes a special experience.

The surrounding area invites you to enjoy a variety of hikes in the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park. The Mariazell Railway takes you to many excursion destinations in a comfortable and environmentally friendly way - making the Kobichl an ideal starting point for relaxing and varied days in the Mostviertel region.

In winter, the Kobichl is transformed into a little paradise for snow lovers. The Annaberg Reidl lifts are just 2 km away, with perfectly groomed pistes and a ski school offering daily courses for young and old. A sunny, 10 km long cross-country ski trail runs directly in front of the house, and cross-country skiing equipment can be hired free of charge by house guests. Snowshoe hikes and toboggan runs also provide winter fun in the immediate vicinity. On cozy days, our games room invites you to play and linger together.
