Your stay

Surrounded by meadows and forest, at 900m above sea level, the organic herb farm is situated in a quiet and sunny location.
As the name Höchbauer suggests, the farm is the highest farm on the Joachimsberg. The panoramic view from the Josefsberg over the Gemeindealpe, Ötscher, Hoch-Stadlberg to the Säbel is unique.

Out of conviction and tradition, Martha and Christian Weber continue to run their farm just as close to nature as their ancestors did. For them, organic is not just a trendy brand, but a guarantee for the preservation of the environment and the promotion of species-appropriate animal husbandry.

In addition to farm vacations and keeping cattle and chickens, the family has decided to grow herbs and collect wild herbs. As our farm is situated at around 900 m above sea level, the aromatic and medicinal herbs develop a special strength and energy, says Martha Weber, a trained chemist. All herbs are harvested and processed by hand in order to achieve the best possible quality.

The Weber family's motto: "Living with nature out of conviction is our path for the future."
